Finding your Love Language

Service Description

Discovering your love language is a concept popularized by Dr. Gary Chapman in his book "The Five Love Languages." The idea is that individuals have different ways of expressing and receiving love, and understanding your primary love language can enhance your relationships. The five love languages are Words of Affirmation, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time, and Physical Touch. By understanding and amplifying your love language, you can create more meaningful and fulfilling connections with others. It also allows you to cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-love. In this class we will be using Neurographic Art as a tool to unlock parts of your subconsious mind to discover your love language. By understanding your love language it may help to strengthen your existing relationships, and even help you discover more about yourself. Guidance: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during your class. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal or piece of paper on hand is a great way to write down notes, feelings and emotions that may come forward. Please remember that you can leave the Zoom session at any time. You're under no obligation to be on camera or audio; your participation level is entirely up to what feels right for you. We're here to create a supportive space, and your comfort is our priority. Equipment needed: - Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink) - Paper (Size of your preference) - Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
