Connecting to our Inner Child

Service Description

As adults, we often lose touch with the vibrant and carefree essence of childhood. The sheer joy, boundless curiosity, and sense of freedom that define childhood become overshadowed by the demands of adult life. Responsibilities like managing work, bills, family, and various obligations tend to consume our attention, leaving little room to reconnect with the playful and imaginative spirit within us. In this session we will look into how we can re-establish that all important connection through guided meditation, breath work and Neurographic art exercises, which will help to establish a connection with the inner child. Fostering healing and nurturing the sense of curiosity and freedom that often gets overshadowed in adulthood. Please read: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during your class. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal or piece of paper on hand is a great way to write down notes, feelings and emotions that may come forward. Please remember that you can leave the Zoom session at any time. You're under no obligation to be on camera or audio; your participation level is entirely up to what feels right for you. We're here to create a supportive space, and your comfort is our priority. Equipment needed: - Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink) - Paper (Size of your preference) - Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
