The Regulated Self is a 4-week guided journey created for those of us who feel deeply, often too deeply, and want to learn how to meet our emotions with compassion instead of chaos. It’s a space where we stop pushing things down and start letting things move. If you’ve ever found yourself overwhelmed, overstimulated, or stuck in the same emotional loops, then this space is here to hold you. Through creative process, nervous system wisdom, and soul-level awareness, you’ll begin to understand what’s really going on inside your body and heart. You’ll start responding to life with clarity, and not just reacting from survival. Each week we explore powerful but gentle tools to help you reconnect with your centre. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, work with your emotional patterns, and hold space for your inner child in ways you might never have been held. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, emotionally resourced, and connected to yourself in a way that feels real. You will be equipped with tools you can return to again and again, whenever life gets loud. This is for empaths, feelers, sensitive souls, and anyone who’s tired of pretending they’re fine. We will be exploring: - What emotional regulation really means (beyond just “staying calm”) - The connection between emotions, the nervous system, and the body - How and where emotions get “stuck” and turn into dis-ease. - The role of the inner child in emotional reactivity - Fight, flight, freeze & fawn: understanding your nervous system responses - The power of awareness: shifting from reaction to response - Metaphysical meanings of emotions (e.g. anger in the liver, grief in the lungs) - How to hold space for intense emotions without being consumed by them - Introduction to Neurographic art as a tool for emotional release - How creativity and somatic practices support nervous system healing - Creating inner safety through breath, curiosity & compassion - Journaling prompts & self-reflection tools to deepen integration What’s included: – 4 x weekly Zoom sessions (1.5hrs) – Wednesdays at 7pm BST – Supportive, small group (max 12 people) – Creative emotional release tools – Nervous system regulation practices – Guided neurographic art – Real-time shifts you can feel

Booking Policy – The Regulated Self Thank you for your interest in The Regulated Self. This is an intimate and intentional 4-week journey, created to support deep emotional and nervous system regulation in a small group setting. Please read the following before booking: Spaces are strictly limited to 12 participants to maintain a safe, personal, and supportive environment. Once booked, your place is secure and non-refundable. Please be sure you can commit before purchasing. If you’re unable to attend a live session, recordings will be provided after each class for you to watch in your own time. All sessions will take place live via Zoom at 7:00 PM BST once a week for 4 weeks. By booking, you agree to honour the space for yourself and others. Your presence is important, and your commitment supports the depth of this journey. If you have any questions or require clarity before booking, feel free to reach out directly.
